Oh, I didn’t understand you. There is a way to do that. You can change the teams that plays the competitions between the two countries. And you should change the nationality or born country of all players who are born on that countries. It is too much work, I think it does not worth the time you have to invest

This is what i supposed 
In that case, the clauses would stay because basically the result would be like of "renaming" the teams.
I must find a way to workaround the clauses. It will be my mission!!!
